WE GUARANTEE LIVE DELIVERY. Plants should be watered daily and planted as soon as feasible to establish a successful garden.

 

RETURNS: All sales are final once delivery or pickup has been made. We can no longer guarantee the health of the plant once delivery has been made because all factors are out of our control starting at that time.

 

CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEES: Order cancellation will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus loss of Delivery Fee! Plants are available for pickup or delivery on specific dates listed at the time of order. Any and all orders placed "for delivery" outside of our delivery area will be subject to the Cancellation/Restocking Fee.

PICKUP DATES: See list during Checkout. Options will include April/October FOSI Seven Islands Birding Park events or future local Farmer's Market options.

DELIVERY: Alternately, delivery can be added for a fee for deliveries to certain zip codes within Knox, Sevier, Blount, Anderson or Grainger Counties. Delivery will be made around the same time as the pickup. Email confirmation will be sent to those selecting this option once the delivery date has been set.
